Walkthrough

Fifteen agents. One conductor.

Listings go in, deals come out, and most of the work in between is done by a team of agents — each one bound by a contract written in the code. Open market knowledge is free to read, and the rest is paid for by the piece of work, never by the month.

The whole film, in words

Every line of the narration, in the order it is spoken. Nothing summarised — if you would rather read than watch, this is the same thing.

Entrestate runs the day-to-day work of a real-estate company. Listings go in, deals come out, and most of the work in between is done by a team of agents.

It begins with open market knowledge, and that part is free. No account, no payment — and every number traces to the record it came from.

Inside a company, fifteen agents do the work. A01 to A15, five sections, twelve engines, one conductor — and a person above all of it.

The market agent filters the raw transactions, the evidence agent ties each reading to its source, and the valuation agent scores a unit before it can be advertised.

You work in five tools — a time table, a notebook, a terminal, nine design apps, and an open workspace for the data itself. The chat is not a help widget: the whole system can be run from it.

Every project gets its own page, on time, built from that project’s own record — in three languages, with the content variations swapped in a click.

And the page notices how it was read. Where the reading slowed, when attention left, and whether they came back — kept to the session, never stamped onto a person from the browser.

The creative agent reads the listing and writes the advert, with nine design apps behind it working from the price, the plan and the photographs you already hold.

Once your ad account is connected, you never open Meta again. Campaigns are built in your account and built paused, the permit is checked, and the lead form doubles as an audience factory.

Each agent is held to a written contract. What it may read, what it may write, what it is refused. Enforced in the code, not in instructions.

So the spend agent moves budget only inside a rule that you wrote. Outside it, the agent stops and asks. No rule, no spend.

And every move is written down before it happens. A record of what was done, and what was refused.

A lead arrives at two forty-seven in the morning, in Arabic — already owned, language-tagged and screened. The reply goes out on WhatsApp from the same card.

Then three things a person would miss. A second registration is not a duplicate: the two enquiries are compared, and a convergent one goes on a fifteen-minute clock. And five leads swept to lost by one person in minutes is a backlog purge, not five judgments — so they are quarantined, restored, and management is told.

Closed deals, not clicks, seed the next campaign. When a broker rates a lead, the audience changes underneath.

Together it is one loop that runs itself, and starting it needs no expertise in any advertising platform. One source, a daily budget, then review and run — five steps in a single session.

You pay for the work, not for the month. Credit is spent as the system works. Park it, and the month costs nothing.

Underneath it all: nearly ninety thousand recorded sales, two thousand eight hundred projects valued, and five layers of evidence beneath every number.

Seven roles, checked where the data lives. One button that stops every agent at once and leaves your screens working. Entrestate. Fifteen agents — and not one dirham moves without your yes.
